Waste stream mapping provides a VSM-like tool that will help companies identify waste stream opportunities focusing on energy, solid waste, water or hazardous wastes. Participants will learn how things currently operate, identify improvement areas, develop an implementation plan and finally make the change for an environmentally-preferred future state.

- How green thinking can help reduce or remove waste stream output
- Visualize of how processes create waste
- Identify opportunities to evaluate multiple environmental waste streams
- Integrate root cause analysis and problem-solving tools
