This comprehensive 8-hour workshop is designed to equip supply chain practitioners with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage supplier risk, enhance resiliency, and strengthen relationships within today’s dynamic and rapidly evolving supply chain environment. Participants will gain insights into the complexities of supply chain risk, learn strategies for risk assessment and management, and explore the critical role of relationship management in ensuring a resilient supply chain.
