The Working Genius assessment is 20% personality and 80% productivity. People who understand their genius show up to work happier, are more effective, and play well with others.
Working Genius Certified Facilitators are equipped to analyze and apply results to help individuals and teams leverage Working Genius to be more innovative, strategic, and effective.
Workshop participants will take the Working Genius assessment before the workshop. During the workshop, a Working Genius Certified Facilitator will review the results with the group and discuss:
- The 6 Types of Working Genius
- Working Genius Profile Results
- Reading a Team Map
- Conducting More Productive Meetings
Working Genius Assessment:
- Each participant will need to provide a unique email address during the registration process in order to access the assessment and individual report.
- Participants will receive an online assessment sent to individual emails to be completed and submitted at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled workshop.
- The results of the assessment will be emailed to each participant allowing them to begin reviewing their individual report prior to the session.

Workshop length: 4 hours – 8:00AM – 12:00PM
Cost: $149 per attendee (register by August 14 to avoid the rush registration fee)
