Personal Accountability is more than most people realize, and it has tactical and practical methods as well as tangible results. It involves the evaluation of one’s actions and the results. It bridges discrepancies between actions and expectations. It involves taking not just responsibility, but ownership through choices and actions as well as removing roadblocks (faulty thinking and excuses).

-Explain how personal accountability can benefit you
-Explain how to begin building personal accountability
-Use Reflection, Reconsideration & Planification to Apply Change
-List the 6 Steps to Assess your Progress
Intended audience: Lead Operators, Team Leads, Supervisors, Group Leaders, Business Unit Leaders, Managers, Human Resource employees, incumbent workers, and displaced workers. This applies to all levels of workers.
Workshop length: 4 hours – 8:00AM – 12:00PM
Cost: $99 (after 1/15/25, the price increases to $119)
