Elkhart County announces a third Shovel Ready Site!
Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann is joined by Henry DeJulia, Syracuse Town Manager to designate the Syracuse Technology Park an Indiana Shovel Ready site. The Town of Syracuse, Elkhart Chamber and the EDC of Elkhart County worked in partnership to create a new Technology Park.
